Join the Excel Prep Community
Thank you for your interest in joining our Community. Our admissions process is streamlined for your convenience. To get started simply click here to start an application for enrollment. A $400 Annual Non-Refundable Enrollment Application and/or Waitlist Fee (for parents looking to be added to the waitlist) will be charged when your child has been accepted into Excel Prep. A family interview is required before admission. To schedule a tour of our Academy, click here. We do not charge a deposit. A $300 Supply Fee is due every Spring.
Applications are accepted only up to 12 months in advance for the upcoming academic year. Although applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year, Excel Prep begins assembling classroom rosters typically in April.
When multiple children from the same family attend Excel Prep, the younger child will be charged full tuition. The older child will receive a 10% discount on tuition and any additional children will receive a 5% discount.
Families currently enrolled at Excel Prep must also submit this application, by April 10th to indicate their interest in the upcoming academic year.
Acceptance letters and waitlist letters will be emailed to the address listed on the application by May 30th.
Our school begins the day at 7:00 am, with the last pick-up at 6:00 pm. (Currently adjusted due to COVID-19 Cleaning Requirements)
Please note, all payments are accepted via our ProCare Portal. We do not accept ANY payments on site. A 1.5% convenience fee is charged to all debit/credit cards.
